ITALIAN ARTICHOKE DIP
1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
1 cup grated, fresh parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 envelope Good Season Italian Dressing Mix (dry)
Chop artichoke hearts in a food processor. Remove to a bowl and fold in remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes until it starts to brown on top.
Serve with crackers and celery sticks.
You can freeze this before baking and freeze leftovers after baking.
