Invitations
Purchase first birthday invitations especially designed for twins, then customize them with your children’s names yourself or have it done by a printer. If you will be inviting any twins to the party, make sure you send each child an invitation.

Decorate each child’s highchair with first birthday party highchair decorations. These come in boys’ and girls’ versions, but coordinate nicely for twins. Having a twins birthday party doesn’t mean all the decorations have to be identical. Dress Code

Activities and Music

Your menu will depend on the age of your guests. A meal is appropriate for a family party, but if your guests are mostly toddlers and infants, keep the mood light by serving snacks instead of a meal.
