Recipe for Cheese-Nut Balls

8 ounces cream cheese
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup rum (sherry, or whiskey)
1 pound pecans, chopped.
Soften cream cheese and add all ingredients except nuts. Roll into bite size balls. Roll in chopped nuts. Serve on toothpicks.
Can freeze until day of party.
Serve at room temperature.
